From the mountains of British Columbia to the Chihuahuan Desert of West Texas, I grew up moving back and forth between two very different worlds. It gave me a deep sense of adaptability, resilience, adventure, and faith. Today I'm living the small town Texas life, raising two spirited boys, newly married to my best friend, and building a healthier life one day at a time.

This past year, life cracked open in ways I never could have braced for. I walked through loss that reshaped me, through grief and seasons that asked for more than I believed I had to give. In the stillness afterward, with little left to hold onto but my faith, I learned the thing I most want you to know: you can be worn down to almost nothing and still rise.

We are spirits living a human story, here to feel the sun, to wander, to create, to truly live. I believe in this business because it gives everyday women a real way to come home to themselves and build life on their own terms.
